By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and not washed
- Products must be in their original condition, including packaging
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@chloequebecboutique.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (required if damaged or incorrect)
- Your full name and shipping address
- Wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until the return process is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@chloequebecboutique.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once verified:
- A replacement may be offered depending on availability
- In some cases, you may not be required to return the item
Replacement processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Undelivered Orders
If your package appears lost:

- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, a $35 CAD feewill be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled
- If already in transit, you may request a return after delivery

- Approved returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia
- Return shipping costs are not covered
- We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues
- Items returned in unsanitary or used condition will not be accepted
- Returns are not free and may involve shipping or handling costs
